Broken security locking on adjoining room door Broken pool- not open Broken hot tub - not open Light in the bathroom flickers Poor drainage in shower Broken water fountain outside elevator No orange juice No hard boiled eggs Shortage weights in workout room No water in workout room Employees talking loudly outside front door at 2 in the morning. It was clean and tidy in the lobby and in the room. Towels were clean but older Bathroom was clean Employees did not seem be happy. I choose stay for consistency and relaxation this hotel had neither

The staff was great & breakfast was good thank you for everything .

Inside lobby was very nice-- Not nice--- 1-our room was never serviced for the 3 days we were there. 2--the coffee in room and at breakfast was weak and flavorless 3--The in-room maintenance was poor--brackets fell off the wall in the bathroom, wallpaper peeling, housing for the air conditioner kept falling off. 4--Hotel ran out of towels and all rooms were told to leave towels in the hallway when done...woke up the next morning to a hallway full of dirty towels 5--Looking forward to a pool and it was cold and had green slime on the bottom of the pool and the hot tub was not working. We should be refunded for this room since we specifically wanted the pool
